The Challenge
Homie is transforming Latin America's rental market with technology-first operations. You'll own the engine that powers their marketing and sales funnel—building the automations, dashboards, and data foundations that let them scale from day one.
Your Mission
Audit existing HubSpot setup and document all workflows, segmentations, and lead scoring logic; identify and fix data quality issues
Build 3-4 core dashboards tracking funnel health, conversion rates by segment, and marketing-to-sales handoff metrics
Design and launch first optimization experiment (A/B test or workflow trigger) to improve qualification or conversion rate by 10%+
Create playbook for monthly KPI reviews and reporting cadence with commercial and marketing teams
Scale HubSpot automations to handle 5+ customer journeys with proper segmentation, lead scoring, and qualification logic
Implement cohort analysis framework to track customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and retention by channel and segment
Run 6+ validated experiments; document learnings and scale top 3 winners into permanent workflows
Partner with ops to design and execute 2+ process improvements that reduce manual work by 20%+ and improve data accuracy

Funnel Conversion Rate
Track end-to-end conversion from lead to qualified opportunity, broken by channel and segment.
Lead-to-SQL Velocity
Days from lead capture to sales-qualified opportunity; measure and optimize handoff friction.
Workflow Execution Rate
Percentage of records flowing through automations as intended; proxy for data quality and system health.
CRM Data Hygiene Score
Completeness and accuracy of required fields; gate for reliable segmentation and measurement.
CAC by Segment
Customer acquisition cost broken down by acquisition channel and customer cohort.

Practical exercise
Small HubSpot scenario or data analysis task; show how you'd diagnose a funnel problem or build a simple workflow

Meet with Head of Growth Ops, sales lead, or marketing lead; discuss collaboration, priorities, and cultural fit
