The Challenge
BEES is AB InBev's digital B2B marketplace hitting $40B GMV across 26 countries with 3.5M+ customers. You'll own CRM campaign execution and optimization for a global retail media operation, directly driving engagement and conversion across markets.
Your Mission
Master Braze platform workflows and execute 8-10 live campaigns across assigned markets with 90%+ on-time delivery
Build audience segmentation frameworks and deliver 3 data-backed optimization recommendations per campaign
Establish performance baseline across key channels (email, push, SMS) and identify top 5 improvement opportunities
Document 2-3 test-and-learn playbooks from early campaigns to standardize across the global team
Scale CRM execution to support 20+ campaigns monthly with measurable lift in engagement rates (+15% target)
Lead A/B testing roadmap across 4 core communication channels and translate results into replicable best practices
Develop market-specific CRM playbooks for 3-5 key geographies, enabling local teams to operate independently
Generate monthly insights dashboard tracking campaign health, conversion trends, and competitive benchmarks

Campaign Delivery Rate
Percentage of scheduled campaigns launched on-time and to correct audience segments.
Email/Push Engagement Rate
Open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate across digital communication channels.
Audience Segment Accuracy
Percentage of audience definitions matching intended customer cohorts vs. actual send data.
Test Win Rate
Percentage of A/B tests with statistically significant winners that improve primary KPI.
Campaign ROI/ROAS
Revenue or GMV attributed to CRM campaigns relative to send volume and execution cost.

- You don't speak Portuguese or aren't comfortable working with local market teams in Portuguese
