The Challenge

APDA is a $338M+ nonprofit fighting Parkinson's disease and needs a strategic CRM leader to transform constituent data into revenue growth. You'll own their entire data ecosystem (RENXT, Luminate, Omatic, Bloomerang) while unlocking donor insights that directly fund research and patient services.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and stabilize all CRM systems (RENXT, Luminate Online, Omatic, Bloomerang, Constant Contact) to ensure data integrity and identify quick-win optimizations

Build foundational donor analytics dashboards for Development leadership showing retention rates, lifetime value, and campaign ROI

Establish cross-departmental data governance framework and train Development, Marketing, and Programs teams on CRM best practices

4

Map current data flows and integrations to identify gaps between fundraising goals and reporting capabilities

By 6 Months
1

Launch predictive donor models identifying high-value prospects and churn risk to inform revenue strategy

Reduce manual reporting by 60% through automated dashboards and self-service analytics for stakeholders

3

Execute 2+ CRM platform upgrades or integrations that improve fundraising workflow efficiency

4

Present quarterly strategic insights to VP of Development and Executive team on donor trends, campaign performance, and revenue forecasting

Track year-over-year retention of donors by segment to measure engagement effectiveness and pipeline health.

Campaign ROI

Monitor fundraising campaign performance (revenue vs. spend) to optimize marketing spend allocation.

Data Quality Score

Measure completeness and accuracy of constituent records across all CRM systems.

System Uptime

Track CRM ecosystem availability to ensure no fundraising or operational disruptions.

Time-to-Insight

Measure speed from data request to actionable analysis delivery for leadership decision-making.
