Is This Role For You?
- You've spent 3+ years in lifecycle marketing and actually understand segmentation, funnel analysis, and campaign orchestration-not just theory
- Adobe Experience Platform or similar CDP/journey orchestration platform experience excites you (or you're eager to master it)
- You bridge the gap between strategy and execution: you can translate business requirements into technical specifications and back again
- You thrive in complex, matrixed organizations where you need to influence without direct authority
- You're obsessed with data integrity, measurement, and proving marketing impact with real metrics
- You need flexibility or remote work-this is Seattle on-site, no exceptions stated
- You're purely strategic and hate hands-on technical implementation; this role is 60%+ technical execution
- You lack SQL, data troubleshooting skills, or analytical rigor; AWS will expect you to debug complex data flows
