The Challenge
Allergan Aesthetics (AbbVie) needs a CRM strategist to own the entire HCP email channel—from segmentation and lifecycle strategy to team leadership and omnichannel integration. You'll shape how they reach healthcare providers at scale across their aesthetics portfolio.
Your Mission
Audit current HCP email program: map existing campaigns, segment performance, identify gaps in lifecycle coverage
Build audience segmentation strategy and implement in SFMC with 3+ key HCP segments (by specialty, engagement tier, product interest)
Establish email governance framework: template standards, testing cadence, deliverability protocols, approval workflows
Partner with 2-3 brand teams to develop first optimized email journey maps (awareness → consideration → advocacy)
Launch and optimize 4+ major multi-send lifecycle campaigns with documented performance uplift vs. baseline
Implement advanced personalization and dynamic content strategy, targeting 25%+ open rate improvement
Build predictive segmentation models to identify high-value HCP audiences and improve conversion by channel
Establish quarterly performance dashboards and insights cadence; present business impact to executive stakeholders

Monitor HCP subscriber growth, unsubscribe rates, and engagement scoring health.
Deliverability Score
Monitor bounce rates, spam complaints, and sender reputation; maintain 95%+ inbox placement.
