Join our purpose-driven B2C Seller Solutions team as a Senior Product Owner, where you will lead, define, and shape the future of our Salesforce-based Seller CRM. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional global teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions, driving seller growth and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for product domain ownership within Salesforce CRM, translating strategic priorities into actionable, outcome-driven plans, and overseeing end-to-end delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve a specific product domain within Salesforce CRM, establishing a clear vision in line with business goals.
- Lead discussions on roadmap prioritization with stakeholders, considering impact, scalability, and long-term value.
- Convert strategic initiatives into structured, outcome-focused backlogs.
- Generate high-quality user stories and define functional requirements for scalable solution design.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, architects throughout discovery, design, build, release, and lifecycle management.
- Proactively challenge assumptions and shape solutions beyond just capturing requirements.
- Foster alignment across global, cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Monitor product health, adoption rates, and advocate for continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and delivering Salesforce solutions.
- Proficiency in writing detailed user stories and managing Agile delivery processes.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in translating business needs into scalable product features.
Previous experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise environments, preferably within eCommerce or marketplace organizations, is essential.ABOUT AKRAYA
