About the Role

We're looking for a creative and strategic Brand & Content Marketing Specialist to help define and amplify Play for Dream's voice. You'll own the content engine — from brand storytelling to distribution — and play a central role in shaping how developers, enterprise partners, and consumers understand and connect with our platform and products.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a content strategy across owned channels (blog, social, email, video, and more) that drives brand awareness and audience engagement Write and edit high-quality content including thought leadership articles, case studies, product narratives, partner spotlights, and campaign copy Maintain and evolve brand guidelines — voice, tone, visual standards — ensuring consistency across all touchpoints including DreamOS and developer-facing materials Partner with product, BD, and leadership to translate complex XR and AI concepts into compelling stories for target audiences (developers, enterprise buyers, and consumers) Manage the content calendar and coordinate with designers, freelancers, and external agencies Track and report on content performance metrics, using data to refine strategy and improve results Support PR efforts, industry conference presence, executive thought leadership, and investor-facing communications

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or a related role — ideally at a hardware, deep tech, or high-growth startup Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong editorial instinct; able to write for both technical and mainstream audiences Comfortable working in a fast-moving, lean environment and managing multiple projects independently Experience with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Notion, or similar platforms Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance analytics Portfolio demonstrating range — long-form to short-form, B2B and/or B2C

Nice to Have

Background in XR, spatial computing, AI hardware, or consumer electronics Experience building a content function from early stages Bilingual in English and Chinese (a strong plus given our global footprint) Basic design sensibility or familiarity with Figma / Canva
