Accountabilities:
Lead and execute the organic growth strategy across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), organic social media, and content distribution to maximize visibility and qualified traffic.
Create and optimize high-quality content including articles, landing pages, and social posts designed to rank, engage, and convert target audiences
Own technical and on-page SEO including keyword research, site structure, internal linking, metadata, and performance optimization
Develop content strategies tailored for both traditional search engines and AI-driven answer engines to improve discoverability and citations
Manage and grow organic social channels, building repeatable distribution systems to amplify content reach
Analyze organic performance data, generate insights, and continuously refine strategy based on results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content creation with product positioning and broader marketing objectives
Requirements: This role requires a strong blend of SEO expertise, content creation ability, and data-driven growth experience in organic marketing channels.
5+ years of experience in organic marketing with a proven track record of growing traffic, rankings, or audience engagement
Strong expertise in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console
Solid understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and how to structure content for AI-driven search and featured results
Proven ability to create, edit, and refine high-quality content that is both engaging and performance-driven
Hands-on experience managing and growing organic social media channels without reliance on paid advertising
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategy
Experience building or scaling organic channels from scratch or significant growth stages (0→1 or 1→10)
