The Challenge

Syensqo is launching LySi Hub, a new industrial platform in Lyon, and needs you to build its digital presence from the ground up. You'll own the website creation, launch strategy, and community building for a 13,000-person global chemical innovator.

Your Mission

First 3 Months

Launch and optimize the LySi Hub website with SEO and UX best practices

Establish social media presence across 2-3 key platforms with consistent posting cadence

Create 20+ pieces of original content (blog posts, social assets, case studies) aligned with brand voice

Build initial community metrics baseline and identify top-performing content pillars

Is This Role For You?

  • You're a BAC+3 (3-year) student or recent grad with strong written French and digital fundamentals
  • You want hands-on experience launching a digital platform and building community from zero
  • You're self-motivated, creative, and comfortable owning projects with minimal handholding
  • You're genuinely curious about industrial chemistry or B2B marketing strategy
  • You have solid UX instincts and can analyze what makes content resonate

  • You need a remote setup—this is 100% on-site in Lyon
  • You lack French fluency (excellent written and spoken French is required)
