The Challenge
Syensqo is launching LySi Hub, a new industrial platform in Lyon, and needs you to build its digital presence from the ground up. You'll own the website creation, launch strategy, and community building for a 13,000-person global chemical innovator.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize the LySi Hub website with SEO and UX best practices
Establish social media presence across 2-3 key platforms with consistent posting cadence
Create 20+ pieces of original content (blog posts, social assets, case studies) aligned with brand voice
Build initial community metrics baseline and identify top-performing content pillars
Grow social media following to 500+ engaged followers across platforms
Achieve 30%+ month-over-month engagement growth on key channels
Develop and execute 3 integrated campaign cycles tied to industry events or product launches
Document and hand off a scalable content calendar and community management playbook

Website Traffic & Bounce Rate
Track monthly unique visitors and bounce rate to measure content relevance and UX effectiveness.
Social Media Engagement Rate
Monitor likes, comments, shares, and follower growth across managed platforms.
Content Performance
Measure views, shares, and conversion actions on blog posts and downloadable assets.
Community Growth
Track net new followers and returning visitors to assess hub relevance and retention.

Is This Role For You?
- You're a BAC+3 (3-year) student or recent grad with strong written French and digital fundamentals
- You want hands-on experience launching a digital platform and building community from zero
- You're self-motivated, creative, and comfortable owning projects with minimal handholding
- You're genuinely curious about industrial chemistry or B2B marketing strategy
- You have solid UX instincts and can analyze what makes content resonate
- You need a remote setup—this is 100% on-site in Lyon
- You lack French fluency (excellent written and spoken French is required)
- You expect high salary for an internship or aren't interested in learning
- You prefer following playbooks over building strategy and experimenting
