The Challenge
LEEZY (part of Groupe Airwell) is building their digital presence from zero. You'll own the community strategy across Facebook, Instagram and beyond—launching accounts, defining editorial voice, and generating qualified leads while the company scales.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize Facebook and Instagram accounts with brand guidelines and initial content calendar (30+ posts)
Build foundational community engagement strategy identifying 5-10 key groups/communities to target and integrate
Establish editorial guidelines aligned with brand DNA and publish 3+ weeks of consistent content across platforms
Generate and track first 50+ qualified leads through community interactions and response management
Grow combined social following to 5K+ engaged followers with 5%+ engagement rate across platforms
Create data-backed content calendar with performance analysis showing top 3 content types by engagement and lead quality
Build repeatable community management playbook documenting best practices, response templates, and escalation processes
Deliver qualified lead pipeline contributing to 200+ MQLs with documented conversion tracking and optimization recommendations

Follower Growth Rate
Week-over-week growth percentage across Facebook and Instagram combined.
Engagement Rate
Comments, shares, and reactions as percentage of total reach; target 5%+.
Qualified Leads Generated
Number of B2B/B2C leads captured through community interactions with contact info.
Response Time
Average time to respond to community inquiries; target under 24 hours.
Content Performance Score
Weighted scoring of top 3-5 content pillars by engagement, shares, and lead attribution.

- You have prior social media experience (even personal projects or volunteering) you can reference

- You're looking for fully remote or flexible location—this is strict on-site in Paris suburbs
