The Challenge
Advantagy is a marketing agency looking for a strategic leader who can own the full marketing lifecycle for multiple clients simultaneously. You'll scale from campaign execution to fractional CMO work, building repeatable growth systems across diverse client portfolios.
Your Mission
Develop comprehensive marketing plans and roadmaps for 2-3 assigned clients, including ICP definition, messaging architecture, and channel prioritization
Run strategic planning workshops with clients to align on business goals and establish clear success metrics
Establish baseline performance analytics across all client campaigns and create standardized reporting frameworks
Audit and improve internal project management workflows (Asana/Teams), reducing campaign execution friction
Demonstrate measurable revenue impact across client portfolios through multi-channel campaign coordination (target: 20-35% growth in tracked conversions)
Scale to fractional CMO capacity for 2-3 select clients, providing strategic guidance beyond campaign execution
Build and document repeatable marketing playbooks that can be applied across new client onboarding
Mentor channel specialists and establish quality benchmarks that reduce revision cycles by 30%+
