The Challenge

SUEZ Digital Solutions is scaling its environmental tech offerings across 40 countries. You'll own lead generation and content strategy for their digital solutions, driving qualified pipeline through campaigns that actually move the needle on their growth metrics.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Design and launch 2-3 lead gen campaigns (email + LinkedIn paid) with defined targeting and messaging frameworks

Set up lead nurturing workflows and establish baseline conversion metrics from prospect to qualified lead

Audit and segment existing contact databases; activate high-priority segments for outreach

Produce content calendar and coordinate first webinar from ideation through post-event follow-up

By 6 Months

Achieve 20%+ month-over-month improvement in lead quality score and conversion rates across campaigns

Scale successful campaign templates to 4+ concurrent campaigns with documented playbooks for replication

Build end-to-end content production rhythm (webinars, case studies, whitepapers) with consistent monthly cadence

Implement analytics dashboard tracking pipeline ROI by campaign source, cost per lead, and lead-to-opportunity conversion

KPIs You'll Own

Cost Per Qualified Lead

Track blended CPA across email, LinkedIn, and organic channels; target 10-15% monthly improvement.

Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion Rate

Measure % of leads that convert to sales-qualified opportunities within 30/60/90 days.

Email Campaign Performance

Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates; benchmark against B2B SaaS averages (2-3% CTR).

Webinar Attendance & Engagement

Track registration-to-attendance ratio, session engagement time, and post-event lead follow-up conversion.

Content ROI

Attribute pipeline value generated to specific content pieces and distribution channels.
