The Challenge

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master Thales' digital ecosystem (Thales Digital Seller, SharePoint) and audit current web performance gaps

2

Deliver first KPI analysis report on website traffic, contact generation, and engagement trends with actionable recommendations

3

Create 2-3 product marketing assets (brochures, value propositions, or updated web content) for active solution lines

4

Support 1-2 integrated marketing campaigns from brief to execution, handling content, newsletters, and channel coordination

By 6 Months
1

Own the digital optimization roadmap: improve key web pages and internal tools adoption across the marketing and sales teams

Build a library of reusable product marketing content (value selling kits, white papers, videos) for 3+ product lines

Establish a monthly KPI dashboard tracking website performance, lead generation, and campaign ROI for stakeholder reviews

4

Lead the digitalization of 1-2 operational workflows, training teams and documenting best practices

KPIs You'll Own

Website Traffic & Engagement

Monitor page views, session duration, and bounce rates to identify high and low-performing content.

Lead Generation Volume

Track contact form submissions and inquiries by solution type to measure content effectiveness.

Campaign Performance

Measure open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates across email and digital campaigns.

Content Completion

Count produced/updated marketing assets (brochures, value props, videos) against quarterly targets.
