The Challenge
Papernest is a 900+ person European scale-up transforming contract management for 2M+ customers across France, Spain, and Italy. You'll own revenue growth strategy across Energy, Telco, and Insurance—analyzing funnels, uncovering new verticals, and optimizing operations that directly impact millions.
Your Mission
Master papernest's core business funnels: conversion rates, retention patterns, and revenue drivers across all three verticals
Build 3-5 actionable dashboards tracking KPIs for Energy, Telco, and Insurance teams using SQL and Excel
Identify and validate 2-3 new cross-sell or vertical expansion opportunities through market trend analysis
Support go-to-market planning for one new product or market initiative with financial models and competitive analysis
Deliver strategic portfolio analysis shaping the commercial roadmap for H2 2026
Launch and operationalize 1-2 new business opportunities with internal teams, tracking success metrics
Create comprehensive operational playbooks and training materials that improve sales team performance by 10%+
Own end-to-end French market operational plan—process optimization, supplier collaboration, workflow improvements

Track Energy, Telco, and Insurance funnel conversion rates to identify optimization levers.
Customer Retention / Churn
Monitor retention patterns across segments to inform product and pricing strategy.

Dashboard Adoption & KPI Health
Measure how many teams actively use your dashboards and act on insights.
