The Challenge
Le Cercle Des Langues is scaling language education across multiple markets. You'll be the creative force behind content that converts visitors into paying students—from blog articles to newsletters to social posts.
Your Mission
Produce 8-12 SEO-optimized blog articles across English + new language verticals (Spanish, Italian, German) with measurable engagement benchmarks
Build 4 lead magnet assets (downloadable guides, quizzes, templates) that hit baseline conversion targets (3%+ CTR minimum)
Create 60+ social media captions (LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest) aligned with brand voice and platform-specific engagement rules
Establish content calendar process with SEO manager and social team; ship 2 weeks of content with zero editorial delays
Grow blog traffic by 25%+ and blog-to-lead conversion rate by 15% through optimized headlines, CTAs, and interactive elements
Launch weekly English newsletter + monthly newsletters for 3 new languages with 18%+ open rates and 4%+ click-through rates
Develop 12+ long-form content pieces (guides, case studies, webinar scripts) that establish authority and capture high-intent leads
Create repeatable content templates and brand voice guidelines that scale across languages while maintaining human authenticity

Blog Traffic & Conversion Rate
Monthly organic visitors to blog + percentage converting to newsletter signup or lead form submission.
Newsletter Engagement
Open rate (target 18%+) and click-through rate (target 4%+) on weekly English and monthly multilingual sends.
Social Media Engagement Rate
Combined likes, comments, shares, and click-throughs on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest posts as % of followers.
Lead Magnet Downloads
Number of qualified leads captured through gated PDF/tool downloads divided by promotion impressions.
Content Production Velocity
Articles published per week + social posts shipped on time with zero editorial rework needed.

Is This Role For You?
- You're a Grande École student (HEC, ENA, Sciences Po, etc.) or Master's student in journalism/writing with strong portfolio work
- You understand copywriting as persuasion, not decoration—you write to convert, not just to sound smart
- You're fluent in English (C1) and ideally speak Spanish, Italian, or German—this unlocks differentiation
- You're comfortable using AI as a productivity tool but know when and how to inject human voice and originality
- You treat writing as a 'creative outlet' rather than a business metric—this role is ROI-focused
- You're not fluent in English at C1 level or dismissive of using AI in the writing process
- You need remote flexibility or can't commit to on-site in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine
- You expect passive projects—this is high-velocity, real-impact content production
Interview Process

Writing Test
Quick assignment: rewrite an existing blog post or create 3 social captions for a language learning campaign. Shows speed, brand fit, and SEO understanding.
Team Interview
Conversation with Marketing Manager + SEO Content Manager about your content strategy thinking, use of AI, and ideas for their blog/social expansion
