The Challenge

Filorga (Colgate-Palmolive's aesthetic skincare brand) needs someone to be the connective tissue between HQ and 200+ global markets. You'll coordinate trade marketing strategy, manage partner communication, and ensure seamless information flow across a complex international operation.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize the Extranet platform; ensure all 50+ markets have real-time access to current marketing assets and competitive intel

Establish weekly competitive intelligence reports covering 5-8 key beauty markets; present findings to leadership

3

Launch 2 regional marketing newsletters for international partners with 70%+ open rates

4

Map current workflows between HQ and markets; identify 3-5 friction points for process improvement

By 6 Months
1

Execute 2 international marketing seminars (logistics, vendor selection, budget management, attendance tracking)

Consolidate country feedback into a quarterly Trade Plan recommendation; influence go/no-go decisions on 3-4 campaigns

Achieve 90%+ market participation in monthly coordination calls; track and improve attendance KPIs

Build a competitive intelligence dashboard tracking 10+ competitors across 8 regions; used by leadership for strategy
