The Challenge

ENGIE's B2B digital presence needs someone who can write like a strategist and optimize like a technician. You'll shape how enterprises and municipalities discover ENGIE's solutions through search—combining content excellence with SEO rigor in a company managing energy transformation at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize 20+ existing B2B web pages using SEO fundamentals (keyword research, H-tag hierarchy, meta optimization, internal linking)

Produce 8-10 high-quality, search-optimized content pieces for target B2B segments with proven wireframes from external agency

Master WordPress CMS workflows and establish content integration quality checklist to ensure technical SEO standards on every publish

4

Build baseline performance dashboard tracking traffic, rankings, and engagement metrics across priority content pillars

By 6 Months
1

Implement continuous content optimization process: identify 15+ quick-win improvements with measurable lift in traffic or rankings

Lead GEO strategy pilot—research generative engine optimization trends and propose 3-5 adaptations for ENGIE's B2B content approach

Develop and document editorial style guide aligned with B2B institutional tone, ensuring consistency across 50+ published assets

Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders: show month-over-month content performance trends and ROI on optimized vs. legacy pages

Track month-over-month increases in search-referred visitors to optimized vs. baseline content pieces.

Keyword Rankings

Monitor position changes for target keywords; aim for improvement in top 20 priority terms within 6 months.

Content Engagement Rate

Measure time-on-page, scroll depth, and internal link clicks to validate content quality and relevance.

Pages Published & Optimized

Track volume of new SEO-optimized content pieces and legacy content improvements completed each month.
