The Challenge
Cercle des Langues is France's leading language learning edtech with 25k+ students and ambitious European expansion plans. You'll be the creative voice driving conversion across their blog, social channels, and emails as they scale to new languages.
Your Mission
Adapt and repurpose 15-20 existing blog articles across new language verticals (Spanish, German, Italian, French as foreign language) with 10%+ engagement lift targets
Establish social media caption templates and voice guidelines across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest with 3+ posts published weekly
Create 3-5 interactive content assets (quizzes, placement tests, downloadables) integrated into blog articles to increase lead capture
Develop newsletter/lead magnet framework with first campaign achieving 15%+ open rate baseline
Increase blog conversion rate from visitor to lead by 25% through optimized CTAs, content structure, and SEO alignment
Publish 40+ original blog articles aligned with keyword research, each targeting measurable conversion metrics
Build repeatable content calendar managing 50+ social posts monthly across 4+ platforms with documented engagement benchmarks
Create and execute 2 multi-channel campaign sequences (email + blog + social) generating 500+ qualified leads per campaign

Blog Conversion Rate
Percentage of blog visitors converting to leads; track by article and language vertical.
Content Engagement Rate
Average engagement (likes, shares, comments) per social post by platform; target 3-5% on LinkedIn, 4-7% on Instagram.
Lead Quality Score
Percentage of blog-sourced leads that convert to paying students within 30 days.
Email Newsletter Open Rate
Open rate and click-through rate on lead magnet and nurture sequences; baseline 15%+ opens.
Content Production Velocity
Number of articles, social posts, and lead magnets published weekly; track quality vs. quantity balance.
