AXA France is migrating axa.fr to AEM Cloud—a massive content overhaul. You'll own 80% of the migration while optimizing UX and visibility. This is hands-on digital transformation work at one of Europe's largest insurers.
Your Mission
Migrate 40-50% of axa.fr content to AEM Cloud, ensuring proper formatting and component integration
Establish baseline performance metrics for migrated pages using Google Analytics and Contentsquare
Document migration workflows and best practices for team handoff
Identify and flag 10+ UX/ergonomics issues for optimization backlog
Complete full content migration to AEM Cloud with 95%+ accuracy and zero critical post-launch issues
Deliver 3-5 A/B test recommendations based on analytics and user behavior data
Contribute 8-10 SEO-optimized content pieces aligned with LLM search trends
Build reusable editorial guidelines and playbook for ongoing site optimization

Is This Role For You?
- You're pursuing a Master's in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field and want real platform migration experience
- You're comfortable learning AEM Cloud (or similar CMS) on the job with structured mentorship
- You can balance detail-oriented execution (content migration) with strategic thinking (SEO, UX optimization)
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and can communicate across tech, editorial, and business teams
- You're data-driven and want hands-on analytics experience (GA, heatmaps, performance tracking)
- You expect purely strategic/planning work—this is 80% execution-heavy content migration
- You need equity, long-term stability, or a permanent role (this is a 4-6 month internship)
- You lack CMS or content management fundamentals and aren't willing to ramp quickly
- You're uncomfortable with hybrid work or can't commit to Nanterre location 2-3x/week minimum
Interview Process
Initial Screening

Team Interview
