Reports to: Director of Field and Digital Marketing Location: Support Center in Medford, OR
Are you an enthusiastic marketing professional looking for an exciting role that brings coffee, community and creativity together?
We’re looking for a hands-on local marketing guru with social media and marketing experience to help fuel our brand’s local presence. This role is about blending data-driven strategies with on the ground marketing support, creating buzz, driving traffic, and increasing brand awareness across our franchise locations.
As a member of the Marketing Team at The Human Bean, the Field Marketing & Social Media Specialist is responsible for providing professional, courteous, and exceptional service to all customers and franchise partners while supporting field marketing initiatives and assisting with social media and communications efforts. As they may serve as a point of contact for franchise partners and customers, the ideal candidate will have a friendly, upbeat demeanor, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to assist while maintaining brand voice and consistency across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Director of Field and Digital Marketing with the creation of customized marketing plans for individual stores, identifying key opportunities for growth
- Coordinate and execute requests for app promotions, coupons, flyers, and local store campaigns
- Track and analyze key ROI for local store marketing efforts, including but not limited to customer redemptions and in-store sales
- Build case studies on top-performing local marketing initiatives
- Update marketing materials and guides as needed, ensuring materials in our in-house marketing studio remain fresh and up to date
- Ensure brand standards are upheld in all materials and messaging.
- Support internal and external communications for marketing and operations.
- Assist Communications and Social Media Manager with content creation for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Engage with customers and followers on social media and review platforms such as Google My Business and Yelp, ensuring timely and professional responses to comments and inquiries.
- Use social media and marketing tools such as SOCi, Asana, and Canva to help manage content creation and engagement.
- Analyze social media performance and provide reporting and insights.
- Lead the Product Innovation team in sourcing, developing, and executing branded merchandise and promotional items, including managing pre-order programs for franchise partners and e-commerce channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to think outside the box, bring fresh ideas, and remain flexible to assist where needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Familiarity with social media and marketing tools (SOCi, Canva, Capcut) preferred.
- Familiarity with monitoring metrics and analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and franchise partners.
- Limited travel may be required.
- Employee may need to lift up to 10 pounds on occasion.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
