The Challenge

Media A La Carte is a 5-year-old woman-founded boutique agency crushing it in luxury beauty, wellness, jewelry, and alcohol. You'll own client social strategies end-to-end, drive measurable results, and actually enjoy the people you work with.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize content calendars for 3-4 assigned clients across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest

Ship 15+ high-performing pieces of content (reels, carousels, static posts) with zero brand voice slip-ups

3

Master the agency's production workflow: from concept to CapCut edit to posting and reporting

4

Identify one paid social testing opportunity per client and pitch recommendations with supporting data

By 6 Months
1

Drive 20%+ engagement growth (avg. likes, saves, shares) across client portfolio YoY

2

Build and execute 2 full integrated campaigns from strategy through content production to analysis

Establish yourself as the go-to for short-form video strategy; train junior team members on trending audio/formats

4

Contribute to new business pitches: develop sample content concepts that win 1+ new client projects

Track likes, comments, shares, saves across all managed accounts; target 20%+ growth quarter-over-quarter.

Number of approved posts shipped per week with zero revisions due to brand/copy errors.

Return on ad spend for client paid campaigns you manage or advise on; benchmark against industry standards by vertical.

Monthly client feedback scores and churn rate for your accounts; agency NPS tied to your performance.

  • You thrive with autonomy; you spot problems, ideate solutions, and execute without hand-holding
  • You're comfortable being on camera and staying on top of trends; you don't take yourself too seriously

  • You need heavy direction and weekly hand-holding; this role demands independence and ownership
  • You're burnt out on social or see it as a 'shower break' job; this team works hard and expects results
  • You don't have real hands-on experience with the core platforms (IG, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest) or content tools
  • You can't maintain multiple brand voices consistently or you get bored by the detail work that prevents mistakes

Interview Process
