About Us

Grand Motors Cars is a growing automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and a premium car-buying experience. We are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media Coordinator to help strengthen our online presence and engage with our community across multiple social media platforms.

Position Summary

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across our social media channels while maintaining the company's brand image. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing and the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Develop compelling captions, graphics, and promotional posts.
  • Design social media graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Schedule and publish content according to the marketing calendar.
  • Monitor social media accounts and respond professionally to comments and direct messages.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, hashtags, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales and management teams to promote inventory, special offers, and dealership events.
  • Capture photos and short videos of vehicles, dealership activities, and customer deliveries.
  • Assist with basic video editing for social media content.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and recommend ideas to improve audience growth.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the dealership's branding and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Experience creating engaging social media content.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to branding and visual presentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Professional and customer-friendly communication skills.
  • Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred but not required.
