Numerator is reinventing market research by delivering consumer intelligence to the world's leading brands. You'll own the global go-to-market strategy for MyWorldpanel, a flagship product competing in a high-stakes insights market where positioning and narrative directly drive enterprise pipeline.
Your Mission
Audit current MyWorldpanel positioning and competitive landscape; develop differentiated value prop framework aligned with product capabilities and sales feedback
Define and document repeatable GTM process, launch governance, and success metrics for product launches
Equip Sales team with competitive positioning guides, objection-handling frameworks, and win/loss analysis from recent deals
Establish baseline metrics for product marketing impact: pipeline contribution, deal velocity, win rate lift
Execute first global product/feature launch using new GTM playbook; measure adoption lift, messaging effectiveness, and pipeline impact
Build and onboard high-performing Product Marketing team; establish messaging standards and competitive intelligence cadence
Develop regional activation playbooks in partnership with Regional Marketing; ensure consistent narrative across key markets
Present quarterly business reviews showing product marketing's ROI: pipeline influenced, customer acquisition cost impact, retention signals

- You've built and scaled GTM strategies for B2B SaaS or data/insights products and can connect product capabilities to revenue outcomes
- You thrive leading product launches globally and developing messaging frameworks that win deals
- You're comfortable building and mentoring teams while staying hands-on in launch execution and competitive positioning
- You speak Spanish or can operate effectively in a Colombia-based environment (role is on-site)
- You're looking for remote flexibility—this role is on-site in Bogota
- You want a pure individual contributor role; this requires team leadership and cross-functional coalition-building
- You haven't shipped global GTM campaigns with measurable pipeline impact or lack enterprise SaaS experience
