Accountabilities:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own the development and execution of product marketing and go-to-market strategies, ensuring products are clearly positioned, effectively launched, and understood by internal and external audiences. You will act as the connection point between product teams, users, and business stakeholders while driving modern AI-enabled marketing practices.

  • Own and execute global product marketing and go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, sales, enablement, and operations teams.

  • Define product positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and feature narratives in collaboration with product and marketing stakeholders.

  • Translate complex technical capabilities, product updates, and release information into clear, engaging user-focused communications.

  • Lead and mentor technical writing and product documentation activities, maintaining high standards for clarity, consistency, and quality.

  • Oversee the creation and management of product documentation, FAQs, internal guides, and enablement resources.

  • Drive product launch planning and execution, coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Create product updates, internal communications, newsletters, and webinars to keep global teams informed about roadmap developments.

  • Develop sales enablement materials, competitive positioning documents, battle cards, and value-driven messaging.

  • Produce engaging product demonstrations, walkthrough videos, and digital content to communicate product benefits effectively.

  • Support user engagement strategies and optimize product communication approaches through appropriate tools and platforms.

  • Collect and incorporate user feedback to improve product messaging and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Champion the use of generative AI tools to improve productivity, quality, and scalability across product marketing activities.

Requirements: The ideal candidate is a strategic and execution-oriented product marketing professional with experience promoting technology-driven products. You bring strong communication skills, business understanding, and the ability to transform complex information into compelling messaging for diverse audiences.

  • 4-6+ years of experience in product marketing, product communications, product management, or a related leadership role.

  • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for technology products or SaaS solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across product, marketing, sales, and operations teams.

  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum C1 level).

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Product Management, or a related field.

  • Experience with collaboration and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Hands-on experience creating product videos and walkthroughs using tools such as Loom or similar solutions.

  • Strong practical experience using generative AI tools as part of daily workflows is required.

  • Experience with customer experience platforms, SaaS products, or technology solutions is considered an advantage.

  • Additional language skills in French or Spanish are a plus.
