Accountabilities:

  • Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging for auto insurance products, ensuring consistency across marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

  • Translate market research, customer feedback, and business insights into actionable product marketing strategies.

  • Support the planning, development, and execution of product launches across multiple distribution channels.

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, customer segments, and relevant market dynamics.

  • Partner with brand, creative, media, marketing research, and business insights teams to develop effective campaigns and customer-facing materials.

  • Collaborate with product, sales, customer experience, and other business stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with broader business priorities.

  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships while contributing ideas and supporting collaborative initiatives.

  • Prepare presentations, business updates, program summaries, and post-campaign performance recaps for leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Manage multiple projects from planning through execution, adapting priorities as business needs evolve and seeking guidance when appropriate.

  • Use customer and market insights to help improve marketing effectiveness, product adoption, and overall business results.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred in insurance, marketing, product marketing, or a related field, with demonstrated experience supporting successful marketing initiatives and business objectives.

  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles, marketing strategy, market research, and customer-focused positioning.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Proven organizational and project management abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently while building productive relationships across multiple teams and functions.

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify opportunities, and solve complex problems.

  • Naturally curious, with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and challenges can change quickly.

  • Experience with Power BI and Adobe products is preferred.

  • Strong collaboration, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

  • Base salary range of $70,000-$110,400 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and other applicable factors.

  • Potential eligibility for additional incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, depending on the role and applicable plans.
