Overview
At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us connect our innovative solutions with the needs of our clients. This role is all about turning business priorities into actionable marketing strategies that drive growth and retention. You’ll work closely with leaders across our U.S. brokerage and benefits divisions, shaping how we position our services and ensuring our marketing efforts deliver real impact. How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll partner with business leaders to translate their goals into integrated marketing strategies. You’ll develop clear and engaging messaging that highlights Gallagher’s value to our clients and supports our go-to-market plans. From crafting campaigns that build awareness to creating content that drives engagement, you’ll play a key role in connecting our expertise to client needs.
You’ll also
- Lead the development of marketing programs that support growth and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate campaigns across digital, content, events, and more.
Use data and market insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Help shape Gallagher’s product marketing capabilities to ensure we stay ahead in the market.
About you
8-10 years of experience in marketing management, product marketing, or a related field. A proven ability to turn business strategies into effective marketing plans. Experience working in B2B marketing, ideally in professional services, insurance, or financial services. Strong communication skills to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences. A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead projects across teams. Comfort using data to guide decisions and measure success. Willingness and ability to travel internationally, primarily to the U.S., with eligibility for a U.S. visa.
