The Challenge
You're joining a stealth AI SaaS startup launching a no-code voice agent platform for SMBs. You'll own product marketing from zero—building positioning, messaging, and go-to-market assets while coordinating a Product Hunt launch and influencer partnerships.
Your Mission
Conduct 20+ user interviews and synthesize findings into validated product positioning and messaging framework
Produce 5+ demo videos, use case content, and foundational documentation (knowledge base, FAQs, onboarding guides)
Project manage Product Hunt launch agency and deliver launch-ready brief with messaging, creative assets, and timeline
Establish feedback loop between early customers and product team with weekly insights reports
Achieve Product Hunt launch with top 10 finish and 500+ upvotes, driving qualified signups
Scale content engine: 15+ use case videos, blog posts, and case studies aligned to SMB buyer personas
Coordinate and execute 2-3 developer community events or hackathons to drive engagement and product feedback
Build repeatable product marketing playbook (messaging, demo scripts, sales enablement) for post-launch scaling

Customer interview retention, NPS from early users, unsolicited feature requests, and repeat usage rates
Content Performance
Demo video views, knowledge base engagement, Help article search volume, and docs-to-signup conversion
Launch Metrics
Product Hunt ranking, upvotes, comments, traffic to site, and qualified leads captured during launch week
GTM Velocity
Time from messaging validation to launch-ready assets, weekly stakeholder alignment meetings, agency delivery on-time rate

Interview Process
Initial Screen
GTM lead or founder: 30 min. Your PMM background, experience with 0→1 launches, and why you're interested
Product Deep Dive
Full team meeting: product walk-through, discussion of early user insights, and your initial positioning thoughts
Project Exercise
Light async task: conduct a mock user research session, script a 2-min demo, or propose messaging framework (feedback provided same day)
Final Round
Founder(s) + GTM lead: cultural fit, role expectations, contract details, and launch timeline
