Magnet is hiring a Performance Marketing Director.

This role owns every dollar we spend to acquire customers for our clients. Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, video, whatever's next. But the difference is you're not just optimizing a channel. You're optimizing a system.
The stack: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and AI-assisted workflows that handle the repetitive loops so you can focus on strategy and creative.
Here's what makes this different from every other PPC job post:
â You own creative and messaging, not just bids. Ad copy, landing page direction, funnel sequencing. What the ad says has to match what the site delivers.
â Paid connects to everything. SEO insights inform your copy. Your performance data informs content strategy. Nothing operates in isolation.
â AI handles the monitoring. You handle the judgment. We use agentic tools for anomaly detection, report scaffolding, and creative variations. Your time goes to strategy, not dashboards.
â Small senior team, no middle management. You own the domain completely. Direct line to leadership and clients.
â Attribution matters here. Every dollar is traceable through the funnel. Clean, defensible, aligned with how the client actually makes money.
You've managed six figures/month in ad spend across at least two major platforms. You think in funnels, not channels. You write well. You push back on clients with evidence and warmth when their instincts conflict with data.
