We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Media to lead all aspects of performance and growth marketing. This role is focused on driving scalable revenue and customer growth through acquisition and direct-response strategies across digital paid media channels. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, optimize, and analyze paid media efforts at daily, weekly, and monthly levels to exceed e-commerce targets, while balancing analytical rigor with creative storytelling.
This role is based in our New York headquarters and requires in-office presence five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage paid media marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and conversion across e-commerce and social platforms, including Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging channels
- Oversee affiliate marketing in partnership with influencer marketing to drive revenue while maintaining brand standards
- Co-manage a Digital Analytics and Performance Associate, providing oversight on performance analysis and reporting
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns to drive sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement across devices and touchpoints
- Analyze KPIs regularly to optimize campaigns and ensure performance goals are met
- Partner with analytics and finance teams to refine budget allocation and strategy
- Collaborate with retail teams to support in-store traffic, events, and market expansion through paid media initiatives
- Work closely with brand and creative teams to develop compelling, personalized campaign assets
- Align with CRM, organic social, and influencer marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns across the marketing calendar
- Lead ongoing testing across creative, messaging, landing pages, audience targeting, and budget optimization
- Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights through search and social data
- Provide consistent reporting on performance, insights, and opportunities for growth, including new channel exploration
- 4–5+ years of D2C digital marketing experience with ownership of paid media budgets, channel mix, and performance measurement
- Hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, display, and video channels within e-commerce, retail, or DTC environments
- Strong proficiency in platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat (experience with streaming/video platforms is a plus)
- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making while staying customer-focused
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience building dashboards and presenting insights clearly
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage projects independently
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong accountability, collaboration skills, and cross-functional communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
- Experience managing multi-million dollar media budgets, ideally within high-growth brands

Compensation may vary depending on skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base salary, the role may include bonus opportunities, benefits, and employee discounts.
This range represents the good-faith estimate of the pay the employer reasonably expects to offer upon hire, based on the role’s responsibilities, required experience, location, and internal equity.
This position may be eligible for employee discounts, commission, and discretionary performance-based bonuses and participation in applicable incentive programs. The role also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, parental leave, and other employee benefits, subject to eligibility requirements.
Equity awards, profit sharing, or other forms of non-cash compensation are not included in the posted pay range and, where applicable, will be discussed during the interview or offer process.
