Launch 2-3 high-performing paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) targeting veterinary clinic decision-makers
Execute 1 partner co-marketing campaign with complementary B2B vet-tech vendors, measuring pipeline contribution
Build sales enablement toolkit: competitive positioning deck, customer research summary, 3-5 case studies in Figma/Webflow
Scale top-performing paid channels to 2-3x spend with maintained CAC, targeting $X qualified leads per month
Own end-to-end execution of 2-3 in-person conferences or field events, capturing ROI through pipeline attribution
Grow organic social following 150%+ and achieve 10%+ engagement rate through consistent, on-brand content strategy
Launch product marketing playbook for new feature releases with go-to-market messaging, landing pages, and launch email sequences

Is This Role For You?
- You have 1–4 years of marketing/growth experience and want to operate above your level with real ownership from day one
- You're scrappy, detail-oriented, and comfortable building systems and processes from scratch in a high-ambiguity environment
- You have strong creative taste—understanding how things look, read, and feel across channels (social, landing pages, email, events)
- You're energized by B2B SaaS or adjacent verticals and want to become an expert in veterinary practice management
- You can balance strategy with execution, context-switch across projects, and ship fast without perfect information
- You need a structured role with clear job boundaries—this is high-ownership and requires you to own gaps and ambiguity
- You prefer specialism over breadth; this role spans social, product marketing, events, paid, and sales enablement
- You lack examples of your work or creative output (portfolio, social media, campaigns) to show your voice and execution

About Growth Marketing Roles
Growth marketers drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation. They sit at the intersection of product, data, and marketing — running A/B tests, building funnels, and scaling what works.
