We're looking for a Partnerships & Campaign Manager to join our growing team and help identify, develop, and manage strategic supply-side partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in mobile marketing and ad tech while working with international partners.

You'll support the growth of our partner network, manage day-to-day campaign activity, and help ensure campaigns are running smoothly and efficiently. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, analytical, and exceptionally detail-oriented.

What you'll do

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new partnership opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners
  • Support the full partnership development process, from initial outreach to onboarding
  • Coordinate and manage campaign activity with partners on a day-to-day basis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign setup, tracking, optimization, and partner communication
  • Track, organize, and report on partnership activity, campaign performance, and pipeline metrics
  • Analyze performance data and use insights to support campaign and partnership decisions
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, campaign details, and follow-ups with exceptional attention to detail
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and others extensively to maximize efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign and performance data
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets is highly valued
  • Dependable, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written English required
  • Comfortable working with international partners and across time zones
  • Experience in partnerships, business development, campaign management, account management, accounting, economics, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in mobile marketing, ad tech, mobile advertising, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing is a plus
