Ce que vous ferez
Clearstory is looking for a Head of Partnerships to build and activate a high-impact construction technology ecosystem that drives real revenue, not just integrations.
This is a strategic builder role at the center of Clearstory's growth. You will transform integrations from passive product features into active growth engines—owning how we partner, co-sell, and show up across the construction tech landscape. Your work will directly influence pipeline, product adoption, and Clearstory's position as the financial workflow layer connecting the modern construction stack.
If you're excited about creating structure where none exists, building executive relationships, and turning ecosystem strategy into measurable revenue, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Define and own Clearstory's ecosystem and partnerships strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact integration and strategic partners
- Build and manage executive-level relationships across the construction technology landscape
- Design and operationalize co-selling motions in partnership with Sales leadership
- Partner with Product to align integration roadmap with ecosystem priorities
- Partner with Marketing to develop and scale joint go-to-market initiatives (webinars, events, content, marketplace presence)
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue
- Drive partner activation strategies that increase customer adoption, retention, and expansion
- Represent Clearstory at industry events, partner forums, and ecosystem conversations
- Lay the foundation for and eventually build a scaled partnerships organization
You will:
- Turn Clearstory's integrations into a meaningful revenue channel
- Establish Clearstory as a default, strategic component of the construction tech stack
- Build co-selling engines that directly influence pipeline and close deals
- Shape how Product, Sales, and Marketing align around ecosystem priorities
- Create durable competitive advantage through strategic partnerships
