Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies—including email, paid search, display, and social media—to drive client acquisition and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and analytics
- Oversee website and landing page optimization for SEO and conversions while managing multiple concurrent marketing projects using structured project management methodologies
- Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Team, delegating tasks effectively, fostering collaboration, and ensuring accountability for project and campaign outcomes
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience and 3+ years managing teams, with a proven track record of delivering measurable campaign success across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and marketing automation
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM platforms), with experience in Pardot and Salesforce considered a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities; bachelor’s degree required, financial services experience a plus
