The Challenge
Swile is scaling fast and needs someone to architect their entire marketing operations engine. You'll own the systems, data, and automations that turn chaos into predictable revenue—working across Brazil and global teams.
Your Mission
Audit and document current marketing processes, identify 3-5 immediate bottlenecks in lead lifecycle and funnel handoff with sales
Implement or optimize lead scoring, routing, and MQL→SQL SLAs in HubSpot/Salesforce to establish baseline conversion metrics
Build core dashboards tracking pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue attribution with clean, trustworthy data
Launch first wave of AI-powered automations (workflow optimization, content generation, data cleaning) to free up 10+ hours/week of manual work
Establish predictable revenue forecasting model with 85%+ accuracy by automating pipeline tracking and funnel health monitoring
Scale campaign operations by implementing advanced lead segmentation and personalization workflows using AI (GPT/Claude for copy, routing logic)
Integrate 4-5 new tools or APIs (BI tool, additional automation layers, data validation) to create a cohesive martech stack
Own cross-functional alignment: define and enforce clear metrics and handoff SLAs with Sales and Product, reducing disputes by 80%

Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) conversion rate
Track quality of lead routing and scoring effectiveness; target 30%+ improvement within 6 months.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Monitor cost efficiency across channels and campaigns; optimize media spend allocation based on contribution to pipeline.
Pipeline Generated & Revenue Influenced
Measure marketing's direct impact on revenue; establish attribution model and monthly revenue accountability.
Marketing Operations Efficiency Ratio
Track time spent on manual tasks vs. automated tasks; aim to automate 60%+ of repetitive workflows within 6 months.
Data Quality Score
Monitor accuracy and completeness of marketing and CRM data; target 95%+ clean records across key fields.
