The Challenge
Go Nimbly is building the global RevOps thought leader brand by helping high-growth companies scale their revenue engine. You'll advise fast-moving companies on their marketing tech stack, campaign ops, and lead management—directly impacting their revenue and operational efficiency.
Your Mission
Complete 2-3 client engagements across marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce), documenting business requirements and delivering initial optimization recommendations
Build mastery of Go Nimbly's service delivery methodology and internal playbooks; contribute your first insights to the internal knowledge base
Establish trusted advisor relationships with assigned clients by presenting 3+ strategic options with clear trade-offs and measurable outcomes
Deliver at least one end-to-end lead lifecycle or campaign operations improvement project from discovery through testing and optimization
Manage 4-5 concurrent client projects at varying maturity stages, tracking progress against agreed KPIs and timelines
Lead internal training or workshop for the team on a specialized topic (lead scoring frameworks, attribution modeling, CRM data architecture)
Improve client funnel performance metrics by 15-25% across assigned accounts through campaign optimization, segmentation, or nurture refinements
Mentor junior consultants on client management and solution design; co-deliver a complex multi-workstream project

Is This Role For You?
- You have 4–6 years hands-on experience in marketing ops, revenue ops, or go-to-market systems roles
- You're fluent with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and understand lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and attribution mechanics
- You enjoy consulting—presenting trade-offs, building trust, and designing scalable solutions across complex marketing tech stacks
- You're based in a qualifying US state or LATAM country and thrive in fully remote, asynchronous environments
- You want exposure to multiple high-growth companies and a path toward leadership at scaling organizations
- You need hands-on execution only; consulting demands strategic advising, documentation, and cross-functional influence
- You're not in a qualifying location (US states or LATAM countries listed above); no exceptions for visa sponsorship mentioned
- You lack direct platform experience with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot; theory alone won't cut it
