Your role

At Continuity, we build AI-driven SaaS solutions to help insurers make better underwriting decisions.

We are a fast-growing scale-up with strong ambitions across Europe, and our marketing team plays a key role in supporting this growth.

We are now looking for someone to help us move faster, execute better, and scale our impact.

You will be at the core of the Marketing team.

Your objective: help us execute faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

This is not an observation role, you will actively contribute, test, and improve.

Your responsibilities

Content & distribution

  • Publish and manage content across channels (LinkedIn, blog, YouTube, etc.)
  • Maintain and follow the editorial calendar (Notion)
  • Repurpose existing content to maximize impact

Marketing campaigns

  • Support the setup and monitoring of campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, email, webinars)
  • Contribute to funnel structuring and campaign sequencing
  • Help improve performance over time

Events & visibility

  • Support the organization of events (conferences, trade shows)
  • Contribute to award applications and visibility initiatives
  • Help strengthen our market presence

Visual & video content creation

  • Create simple visuals (Figma, Canva, etc.)
  • Edit short videos from existing content (webinars, interviews)
  • Produce engaging and digestible content

Analysis & continuous improvement

  • Track key KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion)
  • Identify what works and what does not
  • Suggest and implement improvements

AI & productivity

  • Use AI tools to increase efficiency
  • Test new ways of producing and distributing content
  • Contribute to building more scalable marketing processes

What we are looking for

Background

  • You are studying in business, marketing, or communication
  • You are looking for a hands-on experience in a B2B Tech environment

Mindset

  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented
  • You are execution-focused and reliable
  • You are curious and eager to learn
  • You are comfortable handling multiple topics in parallel

Skills

  • You are comfortable with LinkedIn and digital tools
  • You are familiar with Notion (or willing to learn quickly)
  • You have basic experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or video editing
  • You are interested in AI and eager to use it in a practical way
  • Fluent English is required
  • Spanish or German is a strong plus
