The Challenge
C6 Bank is scaling its performance marketing operation and needs someone to be the operational glue between Media, BI, Insights and the broader business. You'll transform strategy into disciplined execution across a complex, multi-stakeholder fintech environment.
Your Mission
Map current demand flow and stakeholder needs across Media, BI, Insights, Creative, Content, CRM and business units; establish baseline operational metrics
Design and implement a structured briefing process that translates business/marketing needs into clear, actionable outputs for execution teams
Build core tracking infrastructure (dashboards, trackers, status reports) to create visibility into campaign planning vs. delivery across all initiatives
Establish weekly/bi-weekly cadence of checkpoints, forums and status reviews; document SOPs for demand intake and escalation
Reduce time-to-execution for marketing initiatives by 30%+ through streamlined briefing and planning processes
Achieve 95%+ on-time delivery rate for planned campaigns and cross-functional projects; create predictability in the operation
Build integrated media planning view that connects paid media priorities to content, CRM, product and awareness initiatives; measure channel alignment impact
Develop capacity planning model that balances urgency, team capability and business impact; support quarterly prioritization cycles
