The Challenge
Zinda Law Group is scaling a personal injury practice and needs a marketing leader who can architect a demand engine from the ground up. You'll own intake-driven growth across paid, organic, referral, and community channels while building and leading a high-performing team.
Your Mission
Audit current marketing stack, CRM integration, and attribution model; identify gaps and present optimization roadmap
Establish baseline KPI framework and reporting dashboards tracking intake volume, cost-per-lead, and conversion by channel
Assess and optimize current paid media campaigns (Google Ads, social, local) for ROI alignment with intake targets
Develop 90-day marketing strategy document with channel priorities, budget allocation, and firmwide growth forecast
Build and onboard 2-3 core marketing hires (digital specialist, content/brand manager, marketing operations analyst)
Implement multi-touch attribution model across all channels and launch weekly intake performance reporting to leadership
Execute 3-4 major demand generation campaigns (seasonal, case-type focused, referral partner initiatives) hitting intake targets
Establish marketing-operations-intake process documentation and optimize lead handoff workflow for quality and speed

Track qualified leads and intake appointments by source (paid search, organic, referral, events) with month-over-month growth targets.
Cost Per Intake Appointment
Blended cost across all channels to measure marketing efficiency and inform budget reallocation decisions.
Marketing Attribution & ROI by Channel
Multi-touch attribution model showing true revenue influence of each channel to optimize spend allocation.
Campaign Conversion Rate (Lead → Intake)
Measure intake conversion funnel by campaign and optimize messaging, landing pages, and intake coordination.
Brand Awareness & Share of Voice (Local)
Track branded search volume, website traffic, online reputation scores, and competitive positioning in Austin market.
