The Challenge
Yousign (rebranding to YOUTRUST) is a scaling European SaaS player building the revenue engine. You'll sit at the intersection of sales ops, demand gen, and technical execution—owning outbound cadences, tool infrastructure, and the processes that make campaigns actually work.
Your Mission
Master Salesforce, Lemlist, Clay, and BetterContact; become the go-to person for technical troubleshooting and team onboarding
Audit and optimize 3-5 existing outbound cadences, reducing bounce rates by 10%+ and documenting findings
Build standardized data sourcing and segmentation playbook, enabling repeatable lead qualification
Create 5+ technical guides and runbooks so sales teams don't need to ask you the same question twice
Launch and manage end-to-end campaign for new sales segment, tracking deliverability, open rates, and reply rates
Reduce manual data entry work by 30% through Excel/Sheets automation and tool integration optimization
Onboard and offboard 10+ sales team members with zero tool access issues or missing configurations
Present quarterly growth metrics review to leadership—campaign performance, tool adoption rates, process improvements implemented

Email Deliverability Rate
Track bounce rates and inbox placement across Lemlist cadences; target 95%+ deliverability.
Cadence Setup Accuracy
Measure segmentation rule correctness and variable rendering quality on first review (zero rework).
Time-to-Productivity for New Sales Reps
Days from hire to fully configured in Salesforce, Lemlist, and other tools; target <2 days.
Campaign Response Rate
Track replies and qualified leads generated from outbound sequences you support.
Documentation Utility Score
Count team Slack questions answered by your guides vs. direct asks; aim for 80%+ self-service.
