The Challenge

YouSchool trains thousands of students annually in state-recognized programs. You'll own the digital acquisition engine that fuels their growth—managing SEO, SEA, social, and web production while leading a 10-person team from Bordeaux.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current acquisition funnel performance across all channels (SEO, SEA, social) and establish baseline KPIs for leads, conversions, and CPL

Map team workflows, clarify priorities, and implement weekly cross-channel sync meetings to break silos between SEO, SEA, and web teams

3

Identify and launch 2-3 quick-win optimization tests on highest-traffic pages or landing pages to move conversion needle

4

Document acquisition strategy roadmap aligned with marketing direction for next 6 months

By 6 Months
1

Reduce cost-per-lead by 15-20% through funnel optimization and channel reallocation based on performance data

Ship 5+ multivariate tests on critical conversion paths with documented learnings and implemented winners

3

Build repeatable process for monthly performance reviews across all channels with clear attribution and ROI tracking

4

Develop and execute 2 new acquisition initiatives (new traffic source, new user segment, or new product launch support)

KPIs You'll Own

Volume of Qualified Leads

Weekly and monthly lead volume by channel to track acquisition funnel health and volume trends

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Blended CPL across all channels with channel-specific breakdowns to optimize spend allocation

Conversion Rate by Funnel Stage

Track conversion % from landing page > signup > course enrollment by traffic source and user segment

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Revenue attributed to paid channels (SEA, social) divided by ad spend to measure paid efficiency

Team Velocity & Project Delivery

On-time delivery of marketing initiatives and test completions to track execution efficiency

  • You haven't managed or mentored people; the team leadership piece is core to the job
