The Challenge

Virgil is breaking the rental trap—giving young professionals access to homeownership through co-investment. You'll build the growth engine from scratch: content, nurturing, SEO, events. This is your chance to touch every lever that scales a mission-driven fintech.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch 2-3 high-impact content pillars (blog, guides, case studies) tied to SEO roadmap with target keyword ranking positions

2

Build and deploy nurturing email sequences for prospect segments with measurable open/click/conversion benchmarks

3

Organize 2 in-person or hybrid events (webinars, workshops, community gatherings) targeting young professionals and track attendance/lead quality

4

Establish baseline growth metrics dashboard: acquisition channels, cost per lead, content performance, event ROI

By 6 Months
1

Own organic search growth: achieve top 3 rankings for 10+ priority keywords; track monthly organic traffic and qualified leads from SEO

2

Scale nurturing: build audience segments (awareness/consideration/decision) with personalized content flows; report monthly conversion lift by segment

3

Expand events portfolio: run 4-6 events (mix of formats: webinars, in-person Paris meetups, partnerships); measure attendance growth and lead quality week-over-week

4

Support cross-functional growth projects: collaborate with product/partnerships on 2-3 initiatives; document learnings and impact on core metrics

KPIs You'll Own

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've done a demanding internship or rotation at a startup, scale-up, marketing/comms agency, or major brand—you know what real growth work looks like
  • You're fluent in French and English (role is Paris-based; Virgil is French-facing) and can write and communicate with clarity and creativity
  • You're obsessed with metrics, testing, and iteration—you treat growth as a science, not an art; you'll set KPIs, run experiments, measure impact
  • You're mission-driven and emotionally invested in solving real problems (fintech, social inequality, homeownership access resonates with you)
  • You studied at a top business school (HEC, ESSEC, EMLyon), Sciences-Po, or CELSA (or equivalent) and have the intellectual chops and network to match
Won't Work If
  • You want a pure marketing role with no growth responsibility—Virgil needs a growth operator, not a brand designer or copywriter
  • You need remote flexibility or don't want to be in Paris—this is on-site and culture-heavy; you'll miss the weekly team events and spontaneity
  • You're looking for a first-ever internship or stepping stone to a corporate job—this role demands prior experience in demanding environments and entrepreneurial ambition
