Your Mission
Audit current Google Ads and Meta campaigns; establish baseline ROI and KPI dashboard in GA4
Launch optimized paid ad strategy targeting local membership prospects in Scottsdale market
Build 30-day social content calendar aligned with membership sales cycles and seasonal events
Conduct win analysis: interview 20+ new members on why they joined to inform retargeting strategy
Grow organic website traffic 40% YoY through SEO/AEO optimization and content strategy
Achieve 15%+ month-over-month improvement in paid ad conversion rates through A/B testing
Build social following 25% with consistent engagement rate above industry benchmark (3-5%)
Develop automated AI workflow reducing manual content creation time by 20 hours/month
