The Challenge

Vibra Digital is building one of Brazil's largest communications networks and needs you to crack the code on content performance. You'll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and creativity—turning audience behavior into a repeatable growth machine across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, and newsletters.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current content performance across all channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, newsletters) and establish baseline dashboards in GA4 with video-specific metrics

Identify top 3 content themes and formats driving audience retention and engagement; deliver competitive benchmark report against 5+ comparable creators

Run 5 structured content experiments (format, narrative, publishing cadence) and document learnings in a replicable testing framework

Collaborate with editorial team to translate initial findings into 3 new content series or recurring formats with performance targets

By 6 Months

Achieve 20%+ growth in audience retention rate through iterative format optimization and pattern replication across channels

Build predictive content performance model identifying high-potential themes before publication; achieve 70%+ accuracy in forecasting top performers

Reduce content underperformance by 30% through systematic pre-launch recommendations based on audience behavior patterns and platform algorithm changes

Establish monthly growth review cadence with documented test results, automated dashboards, and strategic recommendations driving editorial roadmap

Percentage of viewers who watch 50%+ of video content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram; tracked by theme and format.

Audience Growth Rate (MoM)

Month-over-month follower/subscriber growth across all channels; broken down by content type and acquisition source.

Engagement Rate

Comments + shares + saves divided by total impressions; identifies which formats drive active audience interaction.

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

If paid promotion used, track CAC across channels and content types to optimize media spend allocation.

Recurrence Rate

Percentage of viewers returning within 7 days to consume additional content; indicates audience loyalty and content stickiness.

Test Success Rate

Percentage of experiments that meet/exceed performance hypothesis; tracks experimentation velocity and quality of decision-making.

  • You obsessively track social trends and are a daily active user across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram—you notice algorithm shifts before anyone else does
  • You've shipped growth experiments, tracked them end-to-end (hypothesis → test → analysis), and can tell the difference between correlation and causation
  • You can talk to both journalists and data analysts in their language—translating metrics into editorial direction without losing nuance
  • You think in dashboards and KPIs but also have opinions about narrative, format, and what makes content sticky and shareable
  • You're proactive about finding patterns other people miss and willing to challenge the editorial status quo with evidence
Won't Work If
  • You treat analytics as a reporting function, not a growth lever—if you're comfortable being a metrics observer rather than a strategist, this isn't it
  • You're not a native social media user or uncomfortable with fast-moving platform dynamics; you need to live on these apps to sense-check the data
  • You prefer rigid processes and pre-defined roadmaps over rapid testing cycles and learning by experimentation; Vibra moves fast and expects flexibility
  • You can't handle on-site work in São Paulo or aren't willing to collaborate synchronously with creative teams across multiple disciplines

Meet with Editorial lead, Social Media manager, and potentially producers to assess collaboration style and creative-analytical fit

Final Round

Conversation with leadership on strategic vision for content growth and long-term contribution to Vibra's network expansion
