The Challenge

Veolia's 220K-person sustainability juggernaut is hunting for a sharp marketing operator to accelerate digital-driven sales across their global business units. You'll own campaign execution, competitive intel, and cross-functional project delivery—all while learning from a team obsessed with ecological transformation.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master the digital marketing stack: SEO, SEA, Marketing Automation, and social campaigns across 2-3 priority business units

Execute 3-4 lead generation or ABM campaign launches, tracking funnel metrics end-to-end

Document and synthesize 5+ internal use cases in a 'Copy & Adapt' playbook for repeatability across geographies

Build stakeholder credibility: coordinate 8-10 cross-functional workshops and deliver polished project briefs

By 6 Months

Own competitive benchmarking on omnichannel strategies—identify 3-5 playbooks Veolia can adopt or improve on

Design and execute GenAI pilots for digital marketing efficiency; measure adoption and impact across HQ teams

Scale one high-performing campaign template across 4+ business units; document methodology and ROI

Lead end-to-end project delivery on a major initiative (e.g., enterprise marketing automation rollout) from brief to results

Lead generation volume & quality

Track MQLs, SQLs, and conversion rates by campaign channel and business unit

Campaign ROI by channel

Measure cost per lead, CAC, and revenue impact for SEO, SEA, social, and marketing automation initiatives

Project delivery on-time & on-budget

Monitor campaign launch schedules, resource allocation, and stakeholder satisfaction scores

Use case replication & adoption

Count successful 'Copy & Adapt' implementations across business units; measure time-to-launch reduction

Stakeholder engagement score

Internal NPS or feedback from workshop participants and campaign sponsors

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You're finishing a Master 2 from a top-tier French business or engineering school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, Audencia, Dauphine, CentraleSupĂ©lec, Mines, Pont, or similar)
  • You're fluent in English (C2) and French (native); confident presenting and writing polished briefs and analyses
  • You're hungry to learn digital marketing channels (SEO, SEA, marketing automation, social) and project-manage campaigns end-to-end
  • You thrive in matrix organizations; you're comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders across time zones
  • You're genuinely curious about sustainability and ecological transformation—not just checking boxes
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility or part-time options; this is 100% on-site, 5 days/week in Aubervilliers for 12 months
  • You're not fluent in English and French at the required levels; collaboration across global teams is non-negotiable
  • You're allergic to project management overhead (meetings, workshops, logistical coordination); this role is 40% execution, 60% orchestration
  • You're looking for a permanent hire with equity upside; this is a fixed 12-month apprenticeship contract
