The Challenge
Vente-unique.com is a major player in home furnishing e-commerce, and they need someone to drive organic traffic at scale. You'll own SEO strategy across their sites, experimenting with new methods while balancing data-driven performance with creative content that actually converts.
Your Mission
Audit current SEO performance across main properties and identify top 20 quick wins (technical fixes, content gaps, keyword opportunities)
Build and document SEO playbook: keyword research methodology, on-page optimization standards, content templates for the furniture category
Launch 2-3 pillar content pieces targeting high-intent keywords in home furnishings; track rankings and organic traffic impact
Establish baseline reporting dashboard (organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rate by channel, competitor benchmarking)
Grow organic traffic 25-35% YoY through improved keyword targeting and content strategy in core product categories
Reduce page load times by 20%+ and improve Core Web Vitals scores across top landing pages
Execute geo-targeted SEO strategy leveraging local intent signals for French market; measure impact on local SERP visibility
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, content, and dev teams; establish monthly SEO roadmap with 3+ ongoing experiments

Pages Indexed & Core Web Vitals
Health of crawl budget utilization and technical SEO metrics (LCP, FID, CLS); monitor GSC data weekly.
