Position Summary

This seasoned and strategic Senior Marketing Manager will join our Demand Generation team and take ownership of a brand (or business model) and lead initiatives that power revenue growth. This role designs and executes innovative demand generation strategies including advertising, digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media programs that engage and convert high-quality leads. This person’s expertise in B2B marketing, combined with sharp analytical insights and clear communication skills, will be key to crafting compelling campaigns that resonate in today’s dynamic market. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, data-informed marketing strategies that drive demand and elevate the company’s solutions and services, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams-including product, sales, and customer service- to develop compelling content and marketing materials that effectively support and guide prospects through every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of targeted, multichannel marketing campaigns across digital advertising, email marketing, social media, events, and other platforms, to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and generate insightful reports on campaign effectiveness, leveraging analytics to refine strategies and continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and B2B marketing best practices, particularly within our target markets, to ensure our demand generation efforts remain innovative and competitive.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are optimally allocated to campaigns and initiatives that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Mentor and collaborate with team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning to amplify overall marketing impact.
  • Serve as a brand steward, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Drive alignment between marketing and sales teams through regular communication and collaborative planning, ensuring a seamless handoff of high-quality leads and sustained revenue growth.
  • Regular, on-site attendance is an essential job function due to the need for secure access to systems, collaboration on sensitive technical matters, participation in operational meetings, and hands-on involvement.
  • Some domestic travel may be required to attend team onsite meetings, client visits, customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions. This may include air travel, ground transportation (including cars, taxis, or rideshare services), and in some cases potential public transportation.

Marginal Functions

  • Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients.
  • Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department.
  • Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

*Required Education & Experience *

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or related experience required or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education (including other relevant non-traditional degree programs, or job training programs) preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B or software marketing.
  • Proficiency in project management, marketing automation tools, CRM and other marketing technologies.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.
  • Experience with CRMs such as Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Proficient with essential business and productivity tools, including Canva, and a working knowledge of CRM platforms and business research tools. Wrike project management platform experience a plus.

Environmental Conditions

This position is performed in a professional office environment and requires regular use of computers and standard office equipment. The work setting is climate-controlled with typical office lighting and low to moderate noise levels. The role involves extended periods of screen time, in person collaboration and meetings, and minimal exposure to physical hazards. This role may involve extended periods of sitting during travel and meetings, as well as standing and walking during client visits and events.
