The Challenge
Valere Evolve is an AI transformation platform unifying workforce education, custom development, and autonomous execution. You'll own the entire commercial engine—from market positioning to partnership scaling—in a market where AI adoption is accelerating but competition is fierce.
Your Mission
Finalize GTM strategy and market positioning; define 2-3 primary vertical targets and validate messaging with 15+ buyer conversations
Launch outbound demand generation engine using AI-native tools; establish baseline pipeline metrics and CAC targets
Identify and initiate conversations with 8-10 strategic partners (SIs, resellers, platform ecosystems); map partnership value exchange
Build internal GTM dashboards tracking pipeline health, conversion rates, and expansion revenue; establish weekly reporting cadence
Achieve $2M+ pipeline across direct and partner channels with measurable conversion metrics
Scale active user base by 150%+ through demand generation, ABM, and partner-led programs
Close 3-5 strategic partnerships with defined revenue/adoption KPIs embedded in agreements
Develop and validate account expansion playbooks converting existing client relationships into platform adoption growth
KPIs You'll Own
Pipeline Generation
Monthly new pipeline created through outbound, demand gen, and partnerships, tracked against $2M+ 6-month target.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Cost per new customer acquired across all channels; benchmark against industry standard of 6-12 month payback.
Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
Expansion revenue from existing accounts as percentage of prior-year revenue; target 120%+ for SaaS platform.
Active User Growth
Month-over-month percentage growth in platform users across direct, partner, and paid acquisition channels.
Win Rate & Deal Velocity
Percentage of qualified opportunities that close and average sales cycle length; optimize for faster time-to-revenue.

Is This Role For You?
- You've successfully taken 2+ AI or technical SaaS products to market and moved them from early adopters to scaled commercial traction
- You're comfortable owning full GTM strategy AND execution—you roll up your sleeves to build campaigns, nurture flows, and close partnerships yourself
- You've built repeatable, scalable go-to-market motions and can translate product complexity into clear buyer narratives for enterprises
- You're data-driven and obsessed with pipeline health, conversion metrics, and ROI; you live in dashboards and live dashboards
- You expect a fully staffed team on day one; this is a build-from-scratch role requiring hands-on execution
- You're primarily a strategist without execution chops; you need to be comfortable running campaigns, sequences, and calls yourself
- You haven't sold into enterprise or don't understand deal complexity, buying committees, and multi-threaded sales
- You're not energized by AI/automation as a category or skeptical about AI-native go-to-market approaches
