What we expect from you
We’re building the next generation of growth systems powered by AI, automation, and data. We're looking for a Junior Growth Engineer (RevOps) who loves building things, learning new technologies, and solving problems. As part of the Marketing team, you’ll work alongside Sales, product, and Leadership teams to create automations, AI workflows, internal tools, and data systems that help Upfluence grow faster and operate more efficiently.
This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to learn, experiment, and ship real projects from day one. If you enjoy technology, AI, automation, and seeing your work have a direct impact on the business, you'll thrive here.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Build Automations and AI Workflows: Create and improve automations, integrations, AI agents, and internal tools that reduce manual work and improve team productivity, as well as funnel efficiencies
- Support Growth Systems: Help maintain and improve our tracking, attribution, reporting, lead routing, scoring, and other systems that support acquisition and revenue generation
- Connect Tools and Data: Build integrations between our various platforms using APIs, webhooks, no-code tools, coding, and AI-powered workflows
- Run Experiments: Work with the marketing team to test new ideas, improve existing processes, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and performance
- Build Internal Tools: Develop dashboards, workflows, MVPs, and lightweight applications that help teams move faster and make better decisions
- Learn and Improve: Continuously explore new AI tools, technologies, and ways of working that can help marketing and Upfluence scale more efficiently
- You are a high-agency builder who enjoys solving problems and shipping quickly
- You are AI-native and use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Lovable to work smarter
- You thrive in fast-paced environments with a high level of ownership
- You have built automations, AI agents, or workflows, or internal tools using automation platforms like n8n or Make, or APIs, webhooks and no-code/low-code tools
- You know some SQL, JavaScript, Python, or another programming language
- Bonus points if you have experience in SaaS Growth Ops, RevOps, Growth Engineering, and have worked with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Supabase, Airtable, or GA4
- You are fluent in English, as we primarily operate in the US market
