The Challenge

University of Nebraska-Lincoln needs someone to own their digital recruitment machine. You'll architect and execute the digital strategies that turn prospective students into Cornhuskers while coordinating across multiple internal teams and agency partners.

Your Mission

First 3 Months

Audit current digital marketing and social media landscape across ASEM channels; identify gaps and consolidation opportunities

Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with enrollment goals for FY2026 recruitment cycle

Launch 2-3 optimized digital campaigns (email, paid social, display) targeting key prospect segments

Establish baseline metrics and reporting dashboard for campaign performance across all digital channels

By 6 Months

Achieve 15%+ improvement in digital campaign conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization

Build repeatable playbooks for seasonal enrollment campaigns (fall, spring, summer admits)

Coordinate and execute 4+ cross-departmental content initiatives with UCOMM and Student Life

Reduce time-to-launch for digital assets by 30% through agency and internal process improvements

Measure likes, comments, shares, and click-through rates on ASEM and coordinated social channels.

Cost Per Acquisition

Track total digital marketing spend against new prospects generated and applicants enrolled.

Campaign ROI

Calculate revenue impact (tuition) against digital marketing investment across paid channels.
