The Challenge
Universal Beauty Products is scaling their digital revenue engine across paid, social, eCommerce, and email. You'll own the full-funnel strategy that drives customer acquisition and lifetime value in a competitive CPG space.
Your Mission
Audit current digital channel performance (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube) and identify 3-5 immediate optimization opportunities with projected ROAS lift
Establish baseline KPI dashboard (ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates) across all channels with GA4 and ad platform integration
Develop and present integrated 6-month digital marketing roadmap aligned with product launches and seasonal promotions
Onboard team on performance standards, reporting cadence, and cross-functional collaboration workflows
Increase overall digital ROAS by 20%+ through paid media optimization and audience segmentation refinement
Reduce CAC by 15%+ while maintaining LTV targets through improved funnel efficiency and CRM automation
Launch 2+ integrated campaigns (paid + email + social) that drive measurable revenue impact with >3x ROAS
Build scalable eCommerce optimization engine with A/B testing calendar and documented conversion best practices

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Revenue generated per dollar spent across paid channels—your north star for paid media efficiency.
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
Total marketing spend divided by new customers acquired; track by channel and cohort.
LTV (Customer Lifetime Value)
Total revenue expected from a customer; use to inform CAC targets and channel strategy.
Conversion Rate
Percentage of visitors converting to customers; optimize across website and eCommerce funnel.
Email/SMS Engagement & Revenue
Open rates, click rates, and attributed revenue from CRM campaigns; measure automation ROI.
